About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Munizra. Our store is operated under the name Munizra from Karachi, Pakistan. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy.
Using our store
Use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where required. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s details.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, available colours, sizes and prices are shown on individual product pages. Please check your selected options before adding an item to your cart. We aim to display colours accurately, but screens and lighting may affect appearance. Only the items expressly included in the description form part of the purchase; styling accessories are not included unless stated.
Availability can change. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If an ordered item cannot be supplied, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or refund any payment collected for that item.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and checkout. Applicable delivery charges and taxes are shown before you confirm the order. Payment methods are limited to those offered at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment-card details or passwords through chat, email or WhatsApp.
We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will explain it and seek your agreement before proceeding at a different price, or cancel and refund any affected payment. Changes to future prices do not automatically change an accepted order.
Orders and confirmation
Review your items, quantities, contact details and delivery address before submitting an order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; fulfilment remains subject to stock, payment and any necessary verification. We may decline a fraudulent or unlawful order, or one we cannot fulfil, and will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.
Cancellations, shipping and returns
Contact Munizra promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will try to help before dispatch. Delivery availability, costs and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Our Returns & Exchanges policy explains eligibility and how to report faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Applicable statutory rights remain available.
Accounts and communications
Keep your account access details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. We use the contact information you supply to communicate about orders and support requests. Marketing communications are subject to your choices and can be opted out of as described in our Privacy Policy.
Website content and third-party services
Munizra’s branding, original website content and designs may not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis. Links to third-party services are provided where useful; those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Any automated support guidance is informational; contact our team when an answer is uncertain or you need help with a specific order.
Responsibility and your rights
We take reasonable care to provide an accurate and reliable store. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, fraud or other mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, including relevant laws in Sindh, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact Munizra first so we can try to resolve a concern. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date posted and do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
