Delivery availability
Munizra ships to the destinations available at checkout. Enter your complete delivery address to see available shipping options. If your address is not supported, contact us before placing an order.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order and are added to the order total. Any free-delivery offer applies only when its stated conditions are met. Please do not assume that delivery is free unless your checkout shows it.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are prepared after payment or order verification, where required. Any delivery estimate displayed at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Processing, courier transit, weekends, public holidays, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
Delivery details and tracking
Please provide your full address and a reachable phone number. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake; address changes after dispatch may not be possible. Where tracking is available, the dispatch notification will include tracking information. If tracking is not available or your order appears delayed, contact Munizra with your order number.
Missed deliveries and returned parcels
If a courier cannot deliver, follow the courier’s instructions or contact us for help. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will discuss the next steps and any actual redelivery cost with you before arranging another dispatch.
International orders
International delivery is available only where checkout offers it. Any duties, import taxes or customs charges included in checkout will be shown there. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or courier. Customs processing can affect transit times. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue. For returns and exchanges, please read our Returns & Exchanges policy. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
